Vermont Fall Travel Guide

Fall in Stowe Vermont

The best scenic drives to see leaves, where to stay and where to eat.

Fall is right around the corner, and I wanted to put together the best possible guide to help you enjoy peak “leaf peeping” season this year. When we traveled to Stowe, Vermont, I relied on a mix of Pinterest guides, hotel recommendations, and saved Instagram posts. I’m not going to lie it got a little confusing trying to piece everything together.

So I decided to compile everything into one easy, straightforward guide you can actually use. Think of it as your go-to Vermont checklist for a perfect fall trip. Screenshot it for easy access while you’re traveling everything includes a clickable link to make planning simple.

TRY.

Make sure to stop by a sugarhouse to taste fresh maple syrup right where it’s made and bottled. We loved visiting this smaller, family-owned spot it felt so authentic and welcoming. Of course, we ended up buying just about every flavor they had. The cinnamon-infused syrup was our favorite, and I’m still dreaming about the French toast we had with it.
